Ronald V. Alvarez
Ronald V. Alvarez was a judge of the 15th Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. He was appointed to this court in 1993 by former Governor Lawton Chiles. He was re-elected in 2006 and 2012.[1][2][3][4] Though his final term was to expire in January of 2019, Alvarez resigned early in 2014.[5]

2012
Alvarez ran for re-election on Aug. 14, 2012. He defeated Jaimie Goodman with 50.9% of the vote.[4][6]

Education
Alvarez received his bachelor's degree from Indiana University in 1966 and his J.D. degree from the Indiana University School of Law in 1969.[1][7]
