Ronda Menlove
Ronda Rudd Menlove is a former Republican member of the Utah House of Representatives, representing District 1 from 2004 to 2014. Menlove did not seek re-election in 2014.
Menlove served as State House Assistant Majority Whip in the 2011-2012 session. She has also served as an Election Judge.
Biography
Menlove earned her B.A. from Utah State University. She went on to receive her M.A. from Indiana University - Bloomington. She then received her Ph.D. from Utah State University.
Menlove has worked in the following positions: Teacher/Public School Administrator, Vice Provost of Regional Campuses and Distance Education for Utah State University, and Associate Professor at Utah State University.[1]

Menlove won re-election in the 2012 election for Utah House of Representatives District 1. Menlove was unopposed in the June 26 Republican primary and won re-election in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[2]

The Sutherland Institute Scorecard
The Sutherland Institute, "a conservative public policy think tank" in Utah, releases its Scorecard for Utah State Representatives and Senators once a year. The Score Card gives each legislator a score based on how they voted in the prior legislative term on specific issues which the Sutherland Institute thought were pro-conservative policies.[5]
