An election to recall District 4 City Councilwoman Ronda Miller was scheduled for May 3, 2025, in Gonzales, Texas. Recall organizers needed to collect 260 valid signatures in order to trigger a recall election. Organizers collected 313 signatures, 276 of which were found to be valid.[1][2] Voters recalled Miller.[3]

Recall organizers gave "incompetence in the performance of her duties, and misconduct," as the reasons for the recall effort.[4]
Recall opponents
Miller's attorney, Roger Borgelt, has said that he believes the petition to recall Miller lacks specific grounds for the recall.[2]
