Rondall Baumgardner is a judge for the magistrate court in Cabell County, West Virginia. He was appointed to the court in June 2013 by Chief Judge Paul Farrell, Sr. of the Sixth Judicial Circuit to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Patty Verbage-Spence.[1]
Baumgardner ran for re-election in 2016.[2] Rondall Baumgardner won the general election on May 10, 2016.

Baumgardner received his undergraduate degree from Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia.[1]
Career
Previously, Baumgardner had served as a magistrate for Cabell County Magistrate Court for one term, from 2008 until 2012. He was defeated in his 2012 re-election bid.[1]

West Virginia held general elections for county judicial offices on May 10, 2016. This date coincided with partisan primaries for statewide and federal offices. Incumbent Rondall Baumgardner defeated Johnny Ray Rice in the general election for the Cabell County Magistrate Court Division 4 seat.[2]
