Education: I get it educators! I will work to support the entire system. In order for our children to become productive in life, work, and family, we have no choice but to return our counties and state to educational prominence!

Economy:

  • Instituting innovative land use planning in keeping with our surroundings
  • Pursuing State Commerce Department assistance and county tax incentive strategies

Public safety: I will work to enact state assistance and funding for:

  • Communications
  • Additional regional response equipment
  • Allocation of additional grant funding

Mental Health: I will work to:

  • Restore funding
  • Promote research and development
  • Allocate financial assistance for facilities, staffing, services, and mobile crisis

Transportation: We must, however, sustain consistent growth by:

  • North Carolina Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP) reassessment of area plans (regional and division)
  • Upgrade of secondary road system for surfacing
  • Upgrade bridges and intersections[1]
