Ronnie Sutton
Ronnie Sutton (b. June 17, 1941) is a former Democratic member of the North Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 47 from 1993-2011.
Biography
Sutton received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of West Florida in 1970; a Military Science degree from the Naval War College in 1972; a Master of Arts degree from Central Michigan University in 1979; and a law degree from the University of North Carolina in 1985. He has served in the United States Air Force and as an officer in the United States Navy. He is a retired attorney. Sutton and his wife, Geneva, have two children.
Sutton was defeated in the May 4, 2010 primary by Charles Graham.[1]

Sutton ran for re-election to the 47th District seat in 2010. He was defeated by Charles Graham in the primary by a margin of 4,544-4,358.[2] Sutton was seeking his 10th term.
2008
On November 4, 2008, Sutton won re-election to the North Carolina House of Representatives.[3] $63,769 was raised for this campaign.[4] He ran unopposed.
