A Rootstown Local School District Tax Levy Renewal question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Portage County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the Rootstown Local School District to renew a property tax levy of 1.03 mills ($1.03 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund the emergency requirements of the District.[1]
