Biography
Rosalba Dominguez has served as a member on the Murray City council. Dominguez earned an associate degree in graphic design from Salt Lake Community College and a bachelor's degree in film and video production from Brooks Institute of Photography. Her career experience includes working as a small business owner.[1]
