The city of Sacramento, California held elections for city council on November 4, 2014. A primary election took place on June 3, 2014. Cyril Shah and Jeff Harris advanced past Adam Sartain, Efren Guttierrez, Deane Dana, Rosalyn Van Buren and Ellen Cochrane in the primary election for District 3. Harris defeated Shah in the general election.[1][2][3]
