Biography
Rosamar Trujillo Plumey was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. She earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Puerto Rico, Humacao, and a graduate degree from Interamerican University. Her career experience includes working at Ryder Hospital, the Juvenile Institutions Administration at the Humacao Detention Center, and the Department of Family Affairs, where she served as a social work supervisor, special assistant to the secretary, and director of the Title IV-E Federal Funds Unit.[1]
