A Roseburg School District Bond Issue measure was defeated on the May 21, 2013, election ballot in Douglas County, which is in Oregon.
If approved, this measure would have authorized the Roseburg School District to increase its debt by $6 million through issuing general obligation bonds in that amount in order to fund textbooks, technology, and major maintenance, renovation and improvements of school facilities.[1]
