Rosendo Peña, Jr.
Rosendo Peña Jr. is a justice on the California Fifth District Court of Appeal. He was appointed by Governor Jerry Brown in 2012.[1][2] He was the first Latino to be appointed to the Fifth District.[3] Peña ran for retention in 2014, winning a new term that expires on January 3, 2027.[4][5]
Education
Peña received his undergraduate degree from California State University - Fresno in 1977 and his J.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles Law School in 1980.[6]
