Rosie Mendez
Rosie Mendez was a Democratic member of the New York City Council in the state of New York, representing District 2 from 2006 to 2017. She was not eligible to run for re-election in 2017 due to term limits.[1][2]
Biography
Mendez holds a B.S. in Metropolitan Studies and Political Science from New York University and a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law. Her professional experience includes working as an attorney at Brooklyn Legal Services and holding leadership positions in several community organizations.[2]
