Ross Sterling
Ross N. Sterling (1931-1988) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
Sterling was nominated to the Southern District of Texas by President Gerald Ford on April 13, 1976, to a seat vacated by Allen Hannay; he was confirmed by the Senate on May 6, 1976, and received commission the next day. He served the Southern District of Texas until his death on January 14, 1988.[1] Sterling was succeeded in this position by Sim Lake.
