Biography
Rosy Bagolie was born in the Dominican Republic and lives in Livingston, New Jersey. Bagolie earned a B.A. in social and behavioral sciences from Seton Hall University, an M.A. in elementary education from Seton Hall University, a D.Ed. in educational leadership, management, and policy from Seton Hall University, and a master of education as a learning disabilities teacher-consultant from Rutgers University. Her career experience includes working as the superintendent of schools for the East Newark School District. Bagolie was also elected to the Livingston Township Council in November 2022.[1]
