Roy B. Morgan, Jr. is a circuit court judge of the Twenty-Sixth Circuit Court Division I in Tennessee. He has served on the court since September 1, 1998, and was most recently re-elected without opposition in 2006 and 2014. His current term expires in 2022.[1][2][3]
