Roy Cohee (b. September 16, 1949) was a Republican member of the Wyoming House of Representatives. He represented District 35 from 1999 to 2010. From 2005 to 2006, he served as House Majority Floor Leader. He then served as Speaker of the House from 2007 to 2008.

In May 2010, Cohee announced he would be retiring from political office at the end of the term to focus on his company, C&Y Transportation.[1]

Cohee received his Diploma from Kelley Walsh High School. He then attended Casper College in 1969. Cohee has been President of the City Transportation Company, Incorporated since 1970.[2]
