Roy Lindsay was a 2012 Democratic candidate for District 8 of the South Dakota House of Representatives.

Lindsay taught auto mechanics and industrial arts at Madison High School for 33 years, and in 1995, he purchased a Subway sandwich shop.[1]

Lindsay ran in the 2012 election for South Dakota House of Representatives District 8. Lindsay ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on June 5 and was defeated in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[2]
