Royce Adams (b. September 29, 1938) is a former Democratic member of the Kentucky House of Representatives, representing District 61 from 1993 to 2013.

Adams is Director of the Grant County Deposit Bank and Owner of the Royce Adams Oil Company. He served as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army from 1961-1965, and has been a farmer.

He is a member of the American Morgan Horse Association, Bluegrass Morgan Horse Association, Gideons International, Grant County Chamber of Commerce Board, President of the Grant County Fair Board, and member of the Grant County Farm Bureau, and the National Federation of Independent Business.[1]

Adams initially filed for re-election but withdrew his candidacy prior to the primary election.

Adams won re-election to the 61st District Seat on November 2, 2010. He was unopposed, and according to official results, received 9,299 votes.[2]

Adams ran unopposed in the May 18 Democratic primary election.[3]

2008

On November 4, 2008, Adams was re-elected to the 61st District Seat in the Kentucky House of Representatives, defeating Stephen Wood (R).[4] Adams raised $69,067 for his campaign, while Wood raised $36,157.[5]
