Rudy Nichols
Rudy Nichols was a judge for the 6th Circuit Court in Oakland County, Michigan. He joined the court in 1991.[1] Nichols was re-elected to the bench in 1996, 2002, 2008 and 2014.[2][3][4][5] He retired in July 2015.[6]
Education
Nichols received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and his J.D. degree from the Detroit College of Law.[1]
Career
Nichols began his career in 1976 as a general and municipal practice lawyer. He then served as a member of the Michigan House of Representatives and Michigan State Senate from 1982 to 1990 before joining the 6th Circuit Court in 1991.[1]
