Rule 36 of the 2012 Rules of the Republican Party is entitled Previous Question.
Rule 36
Previous Question
When the previous question shall be demanded by a majority of the delegates from any state, and the demand is likewise seconded by a majority of delegates from each of two (2) or more other states, severally, the call is sustained by a majority vote of the delegates to the convention.[1] |
