The Rural Development Legislative Liaison Committee is composed of eleven members:[3]
- four members of the Utah State Senate appointed by the President of the Senate, no more than two of whom shall be from the same political party; and
- seven members from the Utah House of Representatives appointed by the Speaker, no more than four of whom shall be from the same political party.
