A Rush Township Road Levy Replacement measure was on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the township of Rush which is in Scioto County.

This measure sought to replace the current road levy with one set at a rate of $.29 per $100 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to continue to pay for road construction, repair and resurfacing costs in the township.[2]

Text of measure

The question on the ballot:

A replacement of a tax for the benefit of Rush Township for the purpose of construction, reconstruction, resurfacing of township roads at a rate not exceeding 2.9 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.29 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five years, commencing in 2011, first due in calendar year 2012.[3]
