Biography
Russ Dzialo was born in Monterey, California. He earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Phoenix in March 2016.[1]

As a Scout leader and youth sports coach Russ has enjoyed working with youth throughout his adult life. He has taught leadership and safety courses to other Scout leaders for many years.
