Russ Pulley
Russ Pulley was a member of the Nashville Metro Council in Tennessee, representing District 25. Pulley assumed office in 2015. Pulley left office on September 1, 2023.
Pulley ran for re-election for an at-large seat of the Nashville Metro Council in Tennessee. Pulley lost in the general runoff election on September 14, 2023.
Biography
Pulley is from Virginia. His early career experience includes working at the fire department in Chesapeake, Va., the police department in Virginia Beach and as a state trooper. He then worked as an FBI agent for 18 years, and an investigator for the U.S. Department of Labor for 11 years.[1]

2015
The city of Nashville, Tennessee, held nonpartisan elections for mayor and metro council on August 6, 2015. The filing deadline for candidates who wished to run in this election was May 21, 2015. All 41 metro council seats—including the office of vice mayor—were up for election. In District 25, Russ Pulley was unopposed.[3][4] Incumbent Sean McGuire was term-limited.
