Russell Johnson
Russell Johnson is a former member of the Bakersfield, California City Council, representing Ward 7 from 2010 to 2014.[1]
In 2014, Johnson ran for the office of Kern County Assessor. He lost to Jon Lifquist in the general election on November 4, 2014.[2]
Biography
Johnson earned a B.A. in history from the University of California, Santa Barbara. His professional experience includes owning and operating Common Sense Consulting, a public affairs and community relations firm.[1]
