Russell Newcomb was a Democratic candidate for District 96, Maine House of Representatives in the November 2, 2010 state legislative election.

Newcomb's opponent in the November 2 general election was Republican candidate Tom Wisnor. According to unofficial results, Wisnor defeated Newcomb in the November 2 general election.[1] Republican incumbent H. Sawin Millett, Jr. was not eligible for re-election due to Maine's term limits.
