Russell Tucker
Russell Tucker (b. December 7, 1943) was a Democratic member of the North Carolina House of Representatives. He represented District 4 from 1999-2011. Tucker also served two terms from 1998 to 2002.
Tucker earned his BSBA in business from East Carolina University in 1966. He is a retired vice president of a consulting business.
