Biography
Rusty Barr graduated from Beaver Creek High School in 1986. He earned a bachelor's degree in business management from Appalachian State University in 1990. Barr’s career experience includes working as a manager of Barr Evergreens of North Carolina LLC. He was appointed to serve as an alderman for the town of West Jefferson, North Carolina, in July 2019.[1]
