Biography
Rusty Black was born in King City, Missouri, and lives in Chillicothe. Black graduated from King City High School. Black earned a B.S. in agriculture in 1983 and an M.S. in agriculture education, both from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1993. His career experience includes working as an educator with Grand River Technical School.[1]
