Biography

Crowe earned his bachelor's degree from East Tennessee State University in 1974 and his J.D. from Atlanta Law School in 1978. His professional experience includes working as the Director of Personnel at East Tennessee State University.

The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was April 3, 2014. Incumbent Rusty Crowe was unopposed in the Republican primary.
