Ruth Ann Franks was a judge on the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas in Toledo, Ohio. She joined the court in 1987 and served until her retirement on October 28, 2017.[1][2]
Education
Franks received her undergraduate degree from the Lindenwood Colleges and her J.D. from the University of Toledo.[3]
Career
Before becoming a judge, Franks served as an assistant prosecutor for Lucas County, Ohio for eleven years.[1]
2010 election
Franks ran unopposed for re-election to the court. She ran in the primary as a Democrat.[4]
