Biography
Ruth Caves earned a high school diploma from Muskego High School. She earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater, a graduate degree from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point, and a degree from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh. Her career experience includes working as a teacher.[1]
