Ruth Teichman
Ruth Teichman is a former Republican member of the Kansas State Senate, representing District 33 from 2001 to 2013. She was previously a member of the Stafford Board of Education for 20 years.

The purpose of the Index "is to identify Kansas legislators who vote in favor of economic freedom — and those who don’t."[6] Legislators receive a rating from 0-100 percent based on their votes on bills promoting economic freedom.
