Education
Hagan earned a B.S. in chemistry from the University of Kansas, a master's degree in higher education from the University of Arkansas, and a J.D. with honors from the University of Arkansas School of Law. Hagan was the managing editor of the Arkansas Law Review and received the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence.[1]
