Biography
Ruthzee Louijeune was born in Boston, Massachusetts. She earned a bachelor's degree from Columbia University in 2008. She earned a graduate degree and a J.D. from Harvard University in 2014. Louijeune's career experience includes working as an attorney with Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D).[1]

- I was born and raised in Mattapan and Hyde Park. I am a daughter of the city of Boston and grew up in our public schools.
- I care deeply about making the city more affordable for working class families. I have represented families facing eviction and foreclosure in Boston Housing Court and recently helped a local nonprofit secure $10 Million in grant funding to help cover closing costs for first generation home buyers.
- I am the daughter of Haitian immigrants and would be the first Haitian-American to serve in Boston municipal government.
