Biography
Ryan Howard was born in Waterloo, Iowa. He obtained an undergraduate degree and an M.B.A. from Iowa State University in May 2008. He obtained a Ph.D. from Louisiana Baptist University in May 2019. His professional experience includes working in manufacturing, operations management, and supply chain management.[1]

|Howard has always been an active member of his community. He has received several Iowa Governor's Volunteer Awards and has been nominated for the Mayors' Volunteer Award. He was also recognized as the 2018 United Way Volunteer of the Year.
Ryan has enjoyed a career in manufacturing and supply chain management. He evaluates new suppliers and helps businesses improve their operations. He and his wife own a state-registered in-home Child Care and are registered foster parents.
Ryan's faith is central to his life and he hosts a weekly podcast and publishes a blog to help people transform the way they work by connecting their faith to the work they do every day.
