Ryan McConnico earned a bachelor's degree from Sam Houston State University in 2011. He earned a graduate degree from the University of Texas, Austin in 2019. His career experience includes working as an executive.[1]

|Ryan was raised to think critically, speak the objective truth, and treat others with respect. He learned at a young age that anything is possible by setting goals, focusing on the things that matter, and working hard.
Ryan holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin, and a BBA in Economics from Sam Houston State University where he was a student leader in several on-campus organizations.
Professionally, Ryan is an accomplished business leader in the energy industry and currently serves as VP of Operations for one of the most trusted commodity certification companies in the world. He also serves on the Executive Board of Directors at Houston’s Institute for Supply Management (ISM).
Ryan is a longtime volunteer with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, and involved with several community-focused organizations and charities across Houston. He has organized community blood drives, dental hygiene initiatives, and scholarship campaigns for local students in the area.
Ryan is running for State Representative of House District 134 to bring common sense leadership and meaningful results to a district that is in desperate need of a practical leader.
