Ryan O'Connor
Ryan O'Connor is a judge for Position 1 of the Oregon Court of Appeals. He assumed office on February 19, 2025. His current term ends on January 5, 2026.
Governor Tina Kotek (D) appointed O'Connor to the appellate court on February 19, 2025 to fill the position previously held by Josephine Mooney.[1]
Biography
Prior to his appointment to the appellate court, O'Connor was a partner at an appellate advocacy law firm. His previous professional experience also includes working as a public defender in Oregon.[1]
