Gov. Pete Ricketts (R) appointed Post to the court on February 18, 2021.[1]
Biography
Post received a B.A. in history and political science from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 2007 and a J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2011. Prior to joining the court, Post served as a law clerk (2009-2011), assistant attorney general (2011-2017), and civil litigation bureau chief (2017-2021) at the Nebraska Attorney General's Office. He also worked as an administrative assistant for the Nebraska Legislature from 2007 to 2008.[1][2]
