Ryan Rowley
Ryan Rowley was a 2014 Libertarian candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 34th Congressional District of Texas.[1] Ryan Rowley lost the general election on November 4, 2014.
Biography
Rowley served in the U.S. Army/Texas Army National Guard as an Airborne Infantryman for 12 years. He was medically retired from the armed forces during his third combat tour due to injuries sustained to his knees.[2]

Rowley ran in the 2014 election for the U.S. House to represent Texas' 34th District. Rowley won the Libertarian Party nomination at the state convention in April 2014.[3] He was defeated by incumbent Filemon Vela (D) in the general election on November 4, 2014.[4]
