Biography
Ryan Spain was born on October 11, 1982, in Peoria, Illinois, and graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He then earned an M.B.A. from Bradley University. Spain's career experience includes being a city council member for Peoria and a board member for the Downtown Development Corporation of Peoria. He was elected to represent the 73rd District.[1]
