Ryan Wheaton
Ryan Wheaton was a 2012 Republican candidate for District 79 of the Maine House of Representatives.[1] Wheaton owns Maine-ly Inks in addition to teaching business at Captial Area Technical Center. He holds two Master's degrees--one in business from Husson College and one in education from Thomas College.[2]
Issues
Wheaton said his main issues in the 2012 election were the economy and education. He said legislators needed to be accountable and Maine needed to reduce spending.[3]

Wheaton ran in the 2012 election for Maine House of Representatives District 79. Wheaton lost against William Guerrette in the Republican primary on June 12, 2012. Incumbent Sharon Treat (D) ran unopposed in the Democratic primary. The general election took place on November 6, 2012.[4]
