S. David Norquist
David Norquist (b. January 1, 1966) is a former Democratic member of the Mississippi House of Representatives, representing the 28th District from 2005 to 2012.
Biography
Norquist's professional experience includes working as an attorney. He earned his J.D. from the University of Mississippi Law School and B.A. from Delta State University.[1]
