S. Peter Feldstein is a multi-bench judge for the Family, County and Surrogate's courts in Hamilton County, New York. He has served in this position since 1990, following his election. He was re-elected in 1999 and 2009. He has also served as an Acting Justice for the New York Supreme Court 4th Judicial District in Hamilton County since 2000.[1]
Education
Feldstein received his A.B. degree from Union College (Schenectady, NY) in 1971 and his J.D. degree from Duke University Law School in 1977.[1]
Career
Feldstein was an attorney in private practice from 1978 to 1989. He joined the Hamilton County Court in 1990 and was appointed an Acting Supreme Court Justice in 2000.[1]
