Saul is a lifelong Oriole. Raised in Saint Louis Park, Saul is a proud former attendee of SLP schools, the son of a public schoolteacher, and also a former substitute teacher himself. Saul is running for school board to help ensure that the next generation of SLP students continue to receive a great public education.

I am greatly concerned with education issues overall, but a specific issue dear to my heart is working to increase enrollment of students of color at PSI, our city’s elementary Spanish immersion school. Bilingualism is a proven benefit for children mentally and for adults socially and financially; it is an opportunity that students of all backgrounds deserve to take advantage of.
