Saba Sheibani is a judge of the Superior Court of San Diego County in California. She assumed office in 2018. Her current term ends on January 4, 2027.

Sheibani won re-election for judge of the Superior Court of San Diego County in California outright in the primary on March 3, 2020, after the primary and general election were canceled.

Biography

Sheibani worked in the San Diego County Public Defender’s Office from 2004 to 2018. She was a deputy public defender from 2004 to 2016 and an assistant supervising attorney from 2016 to 2018.[1]

Sheibani earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.[1]
