Sabita Singh is a judge on the Massachusetts Appeals Court, the intermediate appellate court for the state of Massachusetts. Gov. Charlie Baker (R) appointed Singh in May 2017. She joined the court July 5.[1][2]
Singh previously served as the first justice for the Concord District Court in Middlesex County, Massachusetts from 2014 to 2017.[2]
Early life and education
Singh was born in Hussepur, Bihar, India. She obtained a B.A. in administration of justice from Pennsylvania State University in 1987. She earned a J.D. from the Boston University School of Law in 1990.[2]

After completing her legal studies, Singh was a law clerk to the justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court.[2]
