The full title of Measure A is Impartial and Binding Arbitration for Probation Officers and Peace Officer Managers Employed by the County of Sacramento.
Measure A amended Sections 91-95 of the Sacramento County Charter in such a way as to extend mandatory binding arbitration labor practices to include county employees employed by the Probation Non-Supervisory Unit and the Law Enforcement Management Unit.
