FRONT ROYAL, Virginia: There won't be a victory party to crash for Tareq Salahi. A judge has thrown out Salahi's $50 million lawsuit against Journey guitarist Neal Schon.[1] Salahi, one half of the infamous White House party-crashing duo, had accused Schon and two affiliated entertainment companies of scheming to break up his marriage and capitalize on the split for business purposes. Warren County Circuit Judge Dennis Hupp ruled that Salahi's claims should be addressed in divorce proceedings with his estranged wife, Michaele Salahi. Hupp said, "I keep coming back to the same place in my thoughts, and that is the partnership these defendants are alleged to have interfered with is a marital partnership."[2] Hupp initially threw Salahi's case out in April, but allowed Salahi to submit an amended complaint. Salahi says he intends to appeal to the Virginia Supreme Court. Salahi has also announced that he is running for Governor of Virginia.[3]
